AI is Taking Away Consent in Porn – Pornstars Raise Alarm

Sutra has clear boundaries about the types of content she is willing to create. I don’t want to see myself doing that. I don’t want to be part of a negative impact toward children. These are child predators. I don’t want to fucking be part of that, and I am right now, a part of that by force.”
And there are more adult performers who have either experienced the same thing, or are afraid this is going to happen to them. Three other Adult Content creators expressed fear that AI could wreak havoc on the affirmative vocal principles of consent they rely on in the mainstream porn industry. Leanne Lovings, a performer and brand ambassador for the website Adult Time, described how these guidelines impact the Wayne scenes are shot before filming begins. “Each performer receives a checklist of dos and don’ts, Everyone confirms out loud what we’re prepared to do that day and what we’re not prepared to do.”
Within the span of a year, dozens of websites have come up where you can either create AI porn by selecting preferences, type in a prompt of what you want to see, or upload your own image to edit with the help of AI. Apps have sprung up across the Internet, promising users the ability to undress anyone, adult performers, celebrities, or otherwise. The non-consensual deepfakes and cheap fakes appropriating peoples and mostly women’s likenesses without their consent are flooding.
